1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
2. How to Start a Return
Contact us at kokliang5139@gmail.com to request a return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once approved, we'll provide instructions and the return address.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with photo evidence so we can make it right.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, personal care products, and items marked as final sale. Please contact us if you're unsure whether your item qualifies.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process and post the refund.
